Construction of Inspire Entertainment Resort is almost complete in South Korea

Construction of the Inspire Entertainment Resort and Casino in Incheon, South Korea is almost complete. As noted by the American company Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, which owns this facility, its construction was approximately 97% completed in August. At the moment the process is going according to plan.

Prior to this, the company announced that it intends to launch some non-game parts of the project in the last quarter of 2023. But at the beginning of 2024, a casino will be opened, but only for foreigners.

As the president of Inspire Entertainment Resort Chen Xi reported, to start the company needs to get five stars for the hotel. Only then can she apply to obtain a casino license. Thus, gaming operations are planned to launch by February 10, 2024, during the Chinese New Year holidays.

But, as Mohegan Gaming CEO Ray Pino said, there is no guarantee when exactly the casino will launch. After all, the brand does not control this process.

It is known that the casino will have 700 slot machines and 150 table games. The hotel complex will have 1,275 rooms and a multifunctional arena with 15,000 seats.
