Gun Lake Casino is expanding with a restaurant and another gaming room

The land-based Gun Lake casino is expanding. Thus, it is planned to build a total amount of 10 million dollars. The establishment should have a new restaurant, lounge area, bar, and hall for table games with high limits. The project is planned to be launched in the spring and the construction of new zones will be completed at the end of 2024.

Casino General Manager Sal Semola said he is excited to announce upcoming renovations at Gun Lake. Through innovation and best practices, this will enhance the guest experience.

Gun Lake Casino opened in 2011 in Wayland. At the moment, it has 2,300 electronic slot machines, as well as more than 50 table games, a poker room, restaurants and bars. The gambling establishment itself belongs to the Potawatomi tribe.

The renovation includes a new restaurant, Lucky Dragon Noodle Bar, which will serve an Asian menu. A bar, lounge area and games room will also be built. During the renovation, some table games, rooms and slots will be moved.

By the way, the internal renovation complements another major casino project. An expansion of the hall is planned for 2025, which will cost $300 million. The money will be spent on a 252-room hotel, several pools, new restaurants and a full-service spa.
